Refunds & Returns

At WholeHearted Members Only, each piece is produced with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives incorrect or defective.

We accept returns or replacements only if:
    •    You received the wrong size or item compared to what was ordered
    •    Your item arrived damaged or defective

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing or fit-related issues when the correct size was delivered.
We encourage customers to carefully review size charts before placing an order.

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Damages, Defects & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or affected during transit. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a return is approved:
    •    We cover return shipping for items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping in all other approved cases

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
